   • Each student hosts their own mini-site or Behance/LinkedIn showcase.

2. Resume & LinkedIn Optimisation

   • Writing role-specific resumes (developer, analyst, designer, marketer, or tester).

   • Implementing SEO principles for LinkedIn visibility.

3. Mock Interviews & Assessments

   • Conducted by mentors and guest industry professionals.

   • Includes technical, HR, and behavioural rounds using real corporate question patterns.

4. Soft-Skills Masterclass

   • Business etiquette, cultural sensitivity, negotiation, and stakeholder communication simulations.

5. Demo-Day Preparation

   • Students prepare a ten-minute client-style presentation explaining their live project:

     • The problem solved

     • The technology stack used

     • The measurable business or social impact achieved

   • Presentations are recorded for inclusion in the student’s portfolio.

6. Career Guidance Sessions

   • Personal mentoring on job markets, freelancing, entrepreneurship, and study-abroad pathways.

   • Exposure to certification maps: AWS, ISTQB, Scrum, IELTS, Google Skillshop.

7. Transition to Oliya Digital Agency

   • Top performers are invited to join the Agency (Division 2) as IT professionals, continuing on live client accounts.
