These Terms apply to all users, including students, clients, startup founders, mentors, and visitors of Oliya.tech, Oliya Academy, Oliya Digital Agency, and Oliya Labs.

2. About Oliya.tech

Oliya.tech is a multidisciplinary technology platform that provides:

  1. Training and education through Oliya Academy

  2. Digital design, development, and marketing services through Oliya Digital Agency

  3. Innovation and incubation support through Oliya Labs

All programs and services are offered subject to availability and eligibility requirements.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.

  • Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

Oliya.tech reserves the right to deny admission or service at its sole discretion.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

  • When you register on the site, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach.

  • Students and clients retain ownership of their original work but grant Oliya.tech a limited, royalty-free license to showcase anonymized projects for educational or promotional purposes.

7. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payments for courses, projects, or incubation fees must be made via approved channels listed on the website.

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement or required by law.

  • For training programs, refunds (if applicable) are subject to administrative deduction and must be requested in writing within seven (7) days of enrollment.

  • For agency projects, milestone payments are tied to deliverables and timelines as defined in the project agreement.

8. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

Oliya.tech may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., AWS, HubSpot, Google, Sintra.ai) to deliver services.
We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of these tools.
Use of such services is governed by their respective terms.

9. Incubation Submissions (Oliya Labs)

  • By submitting startup ideas or proposals to Oliya Labs, you confirm that the information is your own original work.

  • Oliya.tech will treat submissions confidentially but cannot guarantee absolute protection of unpatented ideas.

  • Selected projects may require a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and incubation contract outlining ownership, funding, and equity terms.

10. Communications and Marketing

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive updates, newsletters, or promotional materials from Oliya.tech.
You may opt out at any time by contacting hello@oliya.tech.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Oliya.tech and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or services.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
